Minimum Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in the oil gas industry.
• Possessing an in-depth knowledge of subsea electro/hydraulic multiplexed subsea control design, hardware, software, function and overall subsea system architecture.
• Track record of relevant commissioning experience on subsea electro/hydraulic multiplexed subsea production control systems on international onshore or offshore facilities, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the Commissioning process including:
• Involvement with Engineering Contractor and Subsea/Topsides Equipment Vendors.
• Instrument data verification and understanding of Mechanical Completion, Well Handover processes and database requirements
• Experience of IWOCS/MCS & and Package FATs o Static and Dynamic Umbilical systems.
• Understanding of Safety Instruments and their functions
• Fully conversant with ISO 13628-5, ISO 13628-6, API 17D and associated test requirements,
• Yokogawa DCS/PCS and Baker Hughes MCS, IWOCS SCU and ETU.
• Topside PSD, ESD, SPCU, SDPU, HPU, HDU systems.
• Electrical Power Units and Subsea Modem Units
• Subsea Control Modules and Subsea Electrical Modules.
• Control of work processes during execution
• Shall have a track record of managing multi-national personnel within a major project environment

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the integrity of the subsea production control systems to support production.
• Manage equipment maintenance program prioritizing integrity critical equipment.
• Manage equipment stock levels and procure all equipment required to maintain production.
• Manage service companies (other Contractors) weekly meetings, safety meetings, and quarterly reviews. Including daily activities and sign daily time sheets.
• Act as a Subsea Controls Technical Authority within  Management of Change system and undertake functional reviews as appropriate.
• Oversee and manage PCS/DCS/MCS subsea control software health and upgrades as required.
• Provide coaching / mentor national and junior team members as necessary
