Constructed of gilded bronze with blue enamels, the obverse consisting of a central mobile swastika flanked by stylized blue enameled wings with feathering highlighted in gilt, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 80. 45 mm (w) x 17. 48 mm (h), weighing 15. 5 grams, accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of a
