Constructed of maroon maroon wool with a card stock core, topped by a band of silver aluminum wire piping interwoven with two bands of gold bullion wire piping, and pinned with a Judicial cypher, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), demonstrating the loss of most of the wool underlay through mothing, in uniform removed and poor condition.
