MAUI, measures 40. 8 mm (w) x 41. 2 mm (h), worn on replacement ribbon with large rosette, remains in very fine condition. Contained in original case of issue, a dark blue leatherette case, the interior silk lid marked Joseph Resch Fils, measures 60 mm (w) x 112 mm (h) x 25 mm (d),
