In bronze gilt, a white enamelled Maltese cross with small ball finials, the obverse medallion featuring a white enamel eagle on a red field, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed POLONIA RESTITVTA, the reverse medallion features the date 1918 on a red field, measures 68. 35mm (w) x 67. 50mm (h), weighs 54. 3 grams, enamels intact, showing small cracks, scratches to reverse arms,
